Review by hotel critic
Upon stepping into the HUB café at the hotel, I was immediately struck by the vibrant atmosphere filled with students, staff, and visitors alike. It was the perfect spot to relax and socialize in between exploring the town. the Pendle bar was fully stocked with a variety of drinks, allowing me to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread at the hotel was nothing short of impressive. From the mouth-watering full English to the nutritious cereals and fresh continental options, there was something to satisfy everyone's taste buds. My personal favorite was the all day breakfast burrito, a hearty and flavorful choice that kept me fueled for hours of exploring. For lunch, I couldn't resist trying the intimidatingly delicious Big Mill burger. Made with locally sourced ingredients, it truly showcased the culinary innovation of the hotel. the seasonal menu offered a variety of options, including veggie choices that pleased even the most discerning palates. Overall, the hotel's restaurant was a top-notch dining destination with excellent value for money. As a traveler with a love for good food and a penchant for exploring new places, the hotel's culinary offerings truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a fan of traditional favorites or looking to try something more adventurous, the restaurant at this hotel is sure to impress.
